1. DISTRIBUTOR

Product distribution in Germany is carried out by AVIDAL Distribution GmbH. Your product line will be brought to market by our Sales Representatives and Product Specialists, all of who are highly specialized and trained on your products. All of our representatives are highly trained in sales and as consultants to provide value-added services to physicians and support staff in in the cardiac cath lab operation room. We strive to create a special, enduring relationship between our customers and the parent company to maximize communication for future product improvements and elimination of problems in the early stages of product development.

We have direct market access to the following countries:

2. BACK-OFFICE

Our Back-Office Service provides companies direct representation in Germany without renting office space or hiring office personnel. We incorporate you locally under the German Law; provide you with an office address, phone lines, establish bank accounts etc. Your German branch is a fully functional enterprise, and our services include providing a sales order desk, making offers to customers, warehousing and shipping, invoicing and collection, bookkeeping and your individual reporting.

The Back-Office strategy offers you a direct contact to your customers and minimizes the risk of direct distribution, while reducing the cost of sales to an absolute minimum. The possibility of switching to a direct distribution at a later time is also available. Upon request we can organize a back-office service in all major European countries, where we arrange for receiving product into the EU, and subsequently provide warehousing, shipping and reporting for all countries.

3. DIRECT DISTRIBUTION

AVIDAL will establish your company as a limited legal entity (GmbH), overseeing all contracts, insurance and paperwork necessary to satisfy German regulations. Services we can also provide include:
